Known for its commitment to delivering high-quality solutions, the company supports a diverse client base and fosters an environment of professional excellence. /ph3Job Description /h3pThe next Business Development Director, reporting directly to the CEO, playing a pivotal role to defining and executing the Group's future growth strategy, will have the following responsibilities: /pulliDevelop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth, initially focusing on German customers. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within passenger and commercial vehicles but also on agriculture, construction and mining vehicles. Military and defence could also be a long term target. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with Global key clients and stakeholders. /liliCollaborate with internal teams (RD, Quality, Finance and PM) to align sales strategies with company objectives. /liliProactively analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. /liliLead contract negotiations and close significant business deals. /liliMonitor and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with targets. /li /ulh3The Successful Applicant /h3pThe successful Business Development Director will bring a strong technical background,
