**Core Responsibilities**: - Support monitoring the performance and maintaining of the network security infrastructure (firewall and proxy);
- Eventually attend meetings for maintaining the relationship with vendor;
- Support with processing day-by-day requests from other infra teams by gradually achieving independence in the following activities: - Add, move and change firewall/proxy rules;
- Add and change network security configuration.
- Cooperate in troubleshoot service outages as they occur, showing flexibility and availability;
- Support with the architectural design on infrastructure;
- Support with incident management. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Security Systems or related degree
- Basic knowledge of geographical and local network architectures
- Basic knowledge of static and dynamic routing protocols
- Basic knowledge of firewall/proxy and DNS systems
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments
- Good English and communication skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
