The role is to assist with the day-to-day operation of the Gas Desk as well as providing support to the Operations team. This will include: interacting with the firms gas desk, interacting with the firms trader customers, trade processing, counterparty credit management, and liaising with exchanges and customer back office teams. **The responsibilities include**: - Liaising with traders to complete cleared transactions.
- Liaising with the firms brokers to facilitate the arrangement of cleared transactions.
- Fulfilling MRLO role in Italy.
- Registering cleared trades with exchanges.
- Delivering customer focused, best-in-class service (internal and external).
- Collaboration with back and front office teams to deliver optimum service to the firms customers.
- Ensuring all trades are processed,



confirmed and recapped to clients (where applicable) on a timely basis including options and structured trades.
- Ensuring that all cleared trades are registered on a complete, accurate and timely basis with the relevant clearing house/exchange and resolving any problems.
- Ensuring that queries from clients are actioned on a timely basis and to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Assisting with input of credit information into the firms systems on a timely basis.
- Supporting the front office function with all operational needs including responding to queries and requests
