We have a vacancy for **Vendor Oversight Manager** in our **Global Clinical Supplies Team.** This is a permanent position and is based in **Europe**. **A Day in the life**: - Work closely with IRT Project management Team to meet customer expectations.
- Identifies supplier capability requirements and selects suppliers.
- Manages Vendor relationship, establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Follow the current vendor performance review process, regular reviews/governance to provide an opportunity to check in on progress and discuss areas of improvement that contribute to supplier performance - KPIs & KIR.
- Supports sustainable initiatives. **Skills**: - Communication:



Ability to communicate pro-actively, considering the levels of parties to whom the communication is addressed to.
- Supplier orientation: Encourage two-way feedback from vendors and suppliers.
- Overview: Is capable of viewing situations and processes over time, recognizes problems and systematically solves these with the customer in mind.
- Planning and organizing : Ability to effectively determine goals, priorities and time required. Indicates courses of action and resources needed to achieve goals
