Who will you be joining?

You will join the SuccessFactors Product Owners team in Allianz global headquarter. We drive continuous improvements of the global HR system landscape with a focus on user experience and AI, which SuccessFactors being the core HR system for all Allianz entities globally. We collaborate closely with our stakeholders in the local Allianz entities worldwide, the global Product Houses and our Tech and Services partners. We operate in cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and support the rollout and usage of HR tools and systems across Allianz Operating Entities globally. Join us at Allianz to make a significant impact on our People transformation journey and contribute to the global success of our Employee Master Platform

In addition to exciting topics and a collaborative work environment, we support and challenge you and your development. During your time with our team, you will complete a two-year, work-integrated Master's program at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE),
