Vida S.A. in Colombia, with the potential to expand its services to other Allianz Group entities.

Allianz Technology SE – Colombian Branch is seeking a Senior Program Manager who will be responsible for
leading and managing strategic technology programs at a local and/or regional level. The role ensures strong
alignment with Allianz Technology’s global priorities while addressing the specific needs of the Colombian
branch.

This position requires advanced experience in technology program management, leadership of
cross-functional teams, and close collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders. The Senior
Program Manager will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic




environment and delivering technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business value.

Responsibilities

1. Technology Program Management

• Design, plan, and execute technology programs aligned with Allianz Technology’s strategic
objectives, ensuring effective integration across technology initiatives.
• Oversee the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring they are completed within defined scope,
timelines, and budget.

2. Leadership and Technology Team Management

• Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams, fostering collaboration, high performance, and talent
development.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams,
business units, and technology vendors.
