Job Description:
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Rotary Wing Flight Simulator Coordinator and Team Leader to lead the development, integration, and operation of a helicopter flight simulation system.
The successful candidate will act as the technical and hierarchical reference for a small multidisciplinary team within a larger organizational structure, ensuring the delivery and continuous improvement of high-fidelity simulation solutions for engineering purposes.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead the activities related to the development, integration, and maintenance of a rotary-wing flight simulator.
- Act as technical leader and hierarchical manager for a small team, ensuring alignment with program objectives and company standards.
- Contribute directly to the development of simulation software, including models, tools, and supporting applications.
- Define, develop, and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICD) and technical specifications for simulator subsystems.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external suppliers,



overseeing software and hardware development activities, technical compliance, planning, and deliverables.
- Interface with other departments (engineering, training, IT…) within a larger organizational structure.
- Support simulator validation, qualification, and acceptance activities.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving within the team.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- Exper/Senior - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the flight simulation domain, preferably on rotary-wing (helicopter) simulators; 10+ years of experience is highly desirable.
- Solid background in flight simulation systems, real-time architectures, and simulator environments.
- Proven experience in software development (simulation, real-time systems, or related engineering software).
- Strong experience in writing and managing ICDs and technical documentation.
