The role is ideal for a person who finds pride and is passionate about delivering the highest level of care and enjoys to face new challenges everyday. - MacBook and iPhone for professional use. ‍ **Key Responsibilities**: - Supervise and coordinate flight arrangements post-booking.
- Monitor flight status, weather conditions,



and airport logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests with a focus on personalised service.
- Coordinate catering requests and manage additional service bookings such as transfers.
- Manage flight documentation with meticulous attention to detail. ‍
- High-school diploma is required.
- Recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Aviation, Engineering, Economics or Hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
- Computer skills (Mac software, internet literacy).
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with positive attitude.
- No prior aviation experience necessary.
- EU citizenship or valid Italian work permit is mandatory. **Location & Working hours**: - Venicejets’ HQ in the hearth of Verona.
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Monday to Friday 09:30-18:30 (with 1 hr lunch break)
