**RETAIL TRAINER** **Requisiti**: - Acts as a consultant to people in stores and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
- Drives and elevate the consistency in standards of Luxury Execution
- Ensures the implementation of regional Coaching workflows (i.e. tracking of all coaching activities and follow up action plans)
- Evaluates people performance improvement after each coaching
- Review KPI’s (both individual and store level) together with the Retail teams, and ensure the Coaching plan is aligned with the business objectives
- Partnership with Education Manager to ensure the quality of classroom training delivery to add value to the training




- Provide retail insights to Education Manager, to support training development though operational retail translation **Altre informazioni**: - Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role
- 3-5 years experience
- Experience in retail industry(beauty industry, eyewear industry)
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms
- Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to motivate people
- Problem-solving and organisational skills
- Fluent in English
- Availability to travel up to 80% Location: Rome
