Job Description:

PRIMARY TECHNICAL SKILLSManage and maintain databases PostgreSQL MySQL Oracle to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityPerform database installation configuration and upgradesHandle database objects such as tables indexes schemas and tablespacesMonitor database health capacity and growth trendAnalyze and optimize queries indexes and database structuresIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks and slow queriesConduct performance tuning using diagnostic tools AWR EXPLAIN plans etcImprove database efficiency through continuous tuning and refinement

SECONDARY TECHNICAL SKILLSSecondary responsibility of this role is to provide 24x7 production support to Oracle databasesIdeal candidate should have expert level knowledge of Oracle technology and he should be capable enough to handle complex issues independently and provide resolutions within agreed SLAs also ensure customer delight and always adhere to policies and proceduresCandidate having creative thinking and willing to bring innovations and passionate about working on challenging initiatives will be given preference
