In a highly dynamic and professionalizing environment, PGMD Consulting is looking for a Junior Project Manager to be placed on projects in the Marche region, who will become part of a dynamic team, working for PAs or Regional Health System entities. **Main responsibilities**:
Build project plans shared with the various facilities in Operations;
Monitor plans and take corrective actions;
Draft project documents and progress reports (SAL);
Facilitate communication among the various stakeholders involved;
Coordinate the use of Project Management and Project Collaboration tools;
Participate in strategic and management consulting projects functional to redefine organizational and process arrangements useful to adequately support the transition to digital health; **Required skills**:
Prior experience of 1-3 years;




Knowledge of healthcare setting or major hospital-type processes;
Knowledge of project management, BPM and BPR (Business Process Management and Redesign) principles;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Good knowledge of the English language. **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Economics and Management or related. **What we offer**:
