IMA BFB designs and manufactures end-of-line secondary packaging machines and complete packaging lines for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food industries. /p pLocation: Bentivoglio, Italy /p h3bJOB SUMMARY /b /h3 ul liManage the entire procurement process supporting production activities, with a particular focus on creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs), issuing and monitoring Purchase Orders (POs), verifying order confirmations, and maintaining ongoing communication with external suppliers. /li liHandle the administrative and operational management of contracts and related purchase orders. /li liPeriodically review the hours reported by internal departments (Engineering, Assembly, etc.) and ensure the correct allocation of associated costs.
