We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in Milan at AVK-SEG UK Ltd. As a leading provider of power generation and energy solutions, our company is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects and exceeding customer expectations. **Role & Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee construction project in Milan, ensuring that they are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and guidelines.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or risks and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the construction process.
- Manage project budgets, including cost control, tracking, and forecasting.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.




- Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and documentation are obtained and maintained. **Requirements**: - Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in the power generation or energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
