This is a key role for someone who takes pride in getting things right the first time and knows how to drive quality across every stage of delivery.As QC Turnover Lead, you will play a central part in ensuring systems, processes, and documentation are delivered to the highest standards, supporting a seamless handover on world-class mission critical projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and promote a strong quality culture across the project teamCoordinate closely with Planning, Engineering, Operations, Commissioning, EHS, Supply Chain, and client stakeholdersDevelop, manage, and monitor ITPs, checklists, approvals, and test documentationOversee weld traceability, weld logs, qualifications, heat maps, and NDT reviewsDefine and agree test pack lists, system boundaries, and turnover contentSupport equipment and asset tracking, including QR-code-based systemsPlan and deliver walkdowns at various stages, including internal, third-party,



and pre-test inspectionsTrack snags and drive close-out while maintaining strong data integrityReview first-of-kind benchmarks and monitor progress reportingEnsure instrument and equipment calibration complianceCollaborate with Commissioning Leads on L3–L5 commissioning schedulesUse tools such as Power BI and BIM 360 to maintain accurate reporting and issue trackingMonitor KPIs and supply chain quality performance, driving corrective action where requiredConduct root cause analysis and verify corrective and preventive actionsSupport the development and compilation of BCAR, LEED, and BREEAM plans and certification documentationWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in Quality Control on large-scale industrial, mission critical, or data centre projectsStrong understanding of P&IDs, SLDs, schematics, test packs, and turnover processesExperience managing multiple inspections, systems, documents, and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge standards when neededHigh attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approachA mindset that sees quality not as paperwork, but as a core part of project reputation and delivery excellenceWhy Join Us?Data centres are the backbone of today's digital world.
