For our Global Headquarters in **Milan, **Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our **Global HR Planning & Control team **supporting the business in several projects across the Group, strictly related with the HR function.**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? **We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.Under the supervision of your manager, you'll be in charge of: - Reviewing and validating the monthly, quarterly and annual global Headcount & FTE movements.
- Preparing the 3 Years Strategic Plan and ad-hoc specific Headcount & labor cost evolution Reports to submit to the regions and countries.
- Monitoring the Corporate Opex spending for HR & Communication functions and compare with targets.
- Supporting the local Corporate team in the Procure to pay process..
- Participating in the HR processes implementation and management ensuring to improve HR IT tools **You are the right person if you**: - Have an educational background in Finance and/or Accounting.




- Have an excellent level of English (written and spoken) to interact with foreign affiliates.
- Have an analytical mindset, and are able to analyze business areas and suggest new possible solutions.
