Your Responsibilities

- Development and implementation of a holistic recruitment strategy to attract the best talent for Alpitronic

- Conducting interviews and selection procedures to ensure qualified candidates are hired

- Identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards and networks

- Collaborating with HR Business Partners and technical departments to understand requirements for open positions and optimise the application process

- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, universities and other educational institutions to establish a talent pool

- Conducting employer branding activities, such as recruitment events, career fairs and company visits, to position the company as an attractive employer

- Analysing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy and identify opportunities for improvement

Your Qualifications & Skills

- Degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field

- Several years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, HR Business Partner or a similar roles in structured international companies

- In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, structured interviews and evaluation methods

- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn

- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with candidates and internal partners

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly respond to changing requirements

- Very good knowledge of English, German and Italian

- Total compensation (for Italy) starting from € 52.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
