Responsibilities are: - Together with HQs, creates visual guidelines and defines implementation timetable
- Ensures execution and transfers prompt feedback and all relevant needs to HQs
- Liaises with sales Staff in order to guarantee stock provision and proper mix
- Partner with the store staff to effectively support current business trends with visual needs making sure key products are selected and well displayed
- Teaches sales Staff how goods should be displayed and transfers visual guidelines and the proper handling of products
- Maintains display rigorously
- Monitors sales performance, market peculiarities and customer target.
- 5 years of experience in visual merchandising role
- Strong market awareness
- Excellent communicaton skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Passion for dynamic sports
- Good PC skills
- Fluency in English, a second language is a plus. Availability to travel is requested.
