- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement continuous improvements. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and methodologies.




- Familiarity with comparative product analysis and the relevant market.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
