- Responsibilities_: - Contract Law: Draft and review contracts, ensuring the protection of the client’s interests, including support in M&A; transactions.
- Assistance in legal compliance work: design, drafting and assistance in the implementation of the Organization and Management Models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001; drafting of Code of Ethics.
- Requirements:_
- Law degree with a grade higher than 105/110 and bar admission;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
