Torino, Italia Accounting and Budget Italdesign is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist, who will be part to the Accounting Team, belonging to the Finance department of Italdesign based in Moncalieri. **Responsibilities**
- Suppliers invoices posting (IT, EU, Extra-EU);
- Managing fixed assets accounting;
- Provide accurate accounts reconciliations in accordance with internal procedures;
- Supporting & being involved in monthly and annual closing activities;
- Managing communications with the other internal functions involved in purchasing cycle;
- Managing communication with suppliers and any payment reminders.
- Responsible to reach the targets of the assigned field of development. **REQUIREMENTS**:
**Key requirements**
- Notions of accounting (double entry, VAT and deduction, costs and deducibility, accruals and deferral);
- Communication and Problem Solving skills;




- Strong math and analytical mind;
- Proactivity and Accuracy;
- Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability;
- Pack Office advanced knowledge, mainly Excel. **Preferential requirements**
- Experience and/or Interest in Accounting;
- Italian and foreign VAT rules knowledge. OTHER INFORMATIONS
- **Education**: High school diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Finance field
- ** Language skills**: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated
