Barman - Franchise **Job Requirements
**The Spring House Hotel, Rome Vatican Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a skilled and experienced Barman to join our team. As a Barman, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of cocktails and maintaining a high-quality bar menu for our guests. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and other beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and team members
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and execute new and innovative cocktail recipes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into the bar menu
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies
- Train and mentor new bartenders as needed **Work Experience
**Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent




- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barman in a high-volume establishment
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails and other beverages, including their ingredients and preparation methods
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- alcohol service certification preferred
