- Conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during all service activities.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, checklists, and parts usage.
- Collaborate with the service coordinator to schedule and prioritize service visits, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Continuously improve service processes and techniques, contributing to the development of best practices. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter,
preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Italy and Europe, often on short notice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
