Solaris Biotechnology, a Donaldson brand that Designs and Manufactures Bioprocessing equipment, including Bioreactors, Fermenters, and Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) systems for R&D; and production purposes. We are currently looking for a CAD Supervisor. The position will be based in Porto Mantovano. Key Responsibilities:
- You will build and lead a team of CAD Designers and Design Engineers.- You will foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.- You will direct and coordinate the 3D & 2D design work to ensure that the equipment design is delivered in time and in compliance with all applicable industry standards and customer specifications.- You will implement tools and best practices for complex 3D designs and detailed 2D drawing packages including revision control for traceability. Minimum Profile:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical,



Material, Process or Chemical engineering.- You have minimum 3yrs of experience in leading teams.- You are passionate designer with experience in complex product designs.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must including the ability to collaborate across a globally diverse workforce and influence others to meet business objectives and deliver an improved customer experience.- Solid knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).- Fluent in English and Italian is a MUST. Preferred Profile:
- Experience in designing equipment and/or piping installations in the process industry or chemical industry.- Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, Solid Edge.- Knowledge of Applicable regulatory and quality standards (CE, cGMP, PED,)- Strong analytical and product development skills.- Fast learner and self-starter.
