Italy / Ibiza | Full-time | Hybrid / Remote considered for exceptional candidates We are seeking a proven sales closer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury villa rentals, high-end real estate or luxury travel sales, with a strong understanding of the expectations of HNW and UHNW international clients.

This is a sales-driven role. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing qualified enquiries, creating compelling bespoke proposals and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings.

From luxury villa rentals and superyacht charters to private aviation and bespoke concierge experiences, you will represent BELCOST throughout the entire client journey — building trust, understanding each client's needs and closing high-value sales. YOUR ROLE

Proactively generate and develop new client opportunities.

Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities from first contact to final booking.

Qualify client needs and create highly personalised luxury travel and villa proposals.

Negotiate and close high-value bookings.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, travel advisors, agencies, brokers and international partners.

Develop repeat business and identify opportunities to increase client value across villas, yachts, private aviation and concierge services.

Maintain an active and disciplined sales pipeline and consistently work towards commercial targets.

Represent BELCOST with confidence, discretion and an exceptional understanding of luxury service.

Work closely with our Concierge and Operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to experience. WHAT WE'RE LOKING FOR

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in luxury villa rentals, luxury real estate, luxury travel or a closely related high-end sector.

A demonstrable track record of client acquisition,



negotiation and closing high-value sales.

Strong knowledge of the luxury villa and international travel market.

Experience working with HNW and UHNW international clients.

A genuinely commercial mindset: proactive, persuasive, strategic and results-driven.

Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Confident managing demanding clients and complex requests with speed and discretion.

Strong network within luxury travel, villas, real estate, yachting or hospitality is highly valued.

Fluent professional English. Italian, Spanish and additional languages are highly valued.

Availability to travel internationally when required. LOCATION

Our preference is for the successful candidate to work from or regularly collaborate with our teams in Italy or Ibiza.
