The Sr. Director, Finance Operations and Project Controlling, EMEA has full accountability for the financial management of the Business Solutions projects portfolio across EMEA, including responsibility over the four business units in the region (UK & Nordics, Amazon EMEA, Emerging Markets, Continental Europe). Additionally accountable for financial management of the EMEA Engineering and Software Execution businesses.

Tasks and Qualifications: The Senior Director of Business Solutions Operations and Project Controlling holds a pivotal position within both the Finance and EMEA Operations Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the VP Finance & CFO EMEA,



this role serves as a trusted business partner to the SVP Operations EMEA, collaborating closely to accomplish Dematic's organizational objectives.

The Senior

Director will lead a dispersed team across multiple European locations and will assume a critical strategic role, overseeing Operations financial management across the EMEA region.

Primary responsibilities include planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities within EMEA Business Solutions Operations. This encompasses direct accountability for key areas such as project controlling, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, functional cost controlling, risk controlling and new business pipeline analysis. Furthermore, this role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the Company's leadership team.

Reporting directly to the EMEA CFO, the position will have the following responsibilities: P&L; Ownership Assume accountability for financial controlling, reporting, and performance of Dematic EMEA BS Operations from Revenue through Gross Profit.
