Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) is seeking a talented Supply Chain Specialist to lead and innovate our processes and make the difference as a customer satisfaction asset. You support our team as SCM SPECIALIST **Responsibilities**: - Operational Replenishment: strives to achieve the perfect alignment of machine, labor and material availability to perform delivery reliability, short lead times and high flexibility with good cost efficiency ratio.
- Supply Chain Execution in terms of Inbound-Internal-Outbound, with the aim to accommodate the continuous improvement, best practices sharing and process harmonization. Manages the shipping flow of storage and goods and finds solutions to accommodate any possible change of the starting conditions.
- Warehouse operations management: masters and optimizes the overall warehouse flow (Inbound-Internal-Outbound).
- Logistics and warehouse tools: is confident or keen to learn the proper software and methodologies proper of the working perimeter (e.g.



SAP; MS Office; planning techniques).
- Customers and stakeholders interface: is exposed and represent a reliable partner to every stakeholder (e.g. internal customers, suppliers, FST network). **Qualifications**: - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in managerial engineering; an advanced degree or compensating experience is preferred.
- Experience: Around 4 years of industry-relevant professional experience.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Strong English language skills.
- Customer Focus: Understand and meet internal/external customer needs with a customer-centric approach. Punctual and careful to details, develop solutions to fulfill customer goals.
- Drive & Execution: Proactively identifies what needs to be done and act accordingly. Explores new ways and pursues new opportunities. Able to self-organize the activities, aims to results by taking the full responsibility and ownership of the relevant processes.
