You will be involved in major discontinuity projects for major national and international clients, in direct contact with the top management of leading companies. Specifically, you will be tasked with: - Rethinking the **operating models** of key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) through **organizational and operational levers**. The goal is to implement models that can **improve business performanc**e in alignment with business strategies;
- Supporting **organizational redesign and process re-engineering initiatives** through change management pathways, providing levers to address change and unlocking its full potential to be an integral part of the business transformation;
- Evaluating **the impacts and expected benefits of implemented initiatives**, monitoring pre
- and post-transformative performance, and initiating targeted plans to close identified gaps.



**_Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics _** This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: - A master’s degree in **Management, Business Administration, Management Engineering** or related fiel;
- **At least 5 years of experience in Business Transformation projects,**working on initiatives requiring strategic-level process reengineering and interacting directly with the C-suite
- Leadership abilities in coordinating teams and in client management;
