For a client company operating in the pharmaceutical sector based in Milan, we are looking for a resource in the role of Accounting Manager reporting to the CFO.
**Responsibilities** The resource will be responsible for: - Guarantee accuracy of accounting records and timely preparation of financial reporting and statutory accounts, in accordance with both Group accounting policies and local gaap.
- Provide analyses and advice to management and deliver appropriate documentation to internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and Group laws and regulations.
- Anticipate risks & opportunities driven by changes in accounting rules or regulations.




- Demonstrate ability to challenge existing ways of working and contribute to improvement initiatives towards more efficiency.
- Implement group procedures and adapt locally by defining required policies, practices and procedures and ensuring effective implementation Design and implement the appropriate internal control over financial reporting, including appropriate segregation of duties, to prevent or fraud. **Your Profile**
- Degree in Economics
- Previous experience of at least 6-8 years
- knowledge of IAS and IFRS
- English fluent Gross Annual Salary: 65.000€. Location: Milan LI-DM1
