**About the Role**
An international family in the heart of Florence is seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced full-time nanny to care for their three children—aged 7, 4, and 3—while also supporting the household as they welcome a new baby. A full-time maternity nurse will be dedicated to the newborn, so your primary focus will be on the older children. This is a live-out position offering 40 to 50 hours per week, with occasional travel. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Primary Childcare**: - Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the 7, 4, and 3-year-old children.
- Oversee daily routines: mealtimes, playtime, outdoor activities, and homework support.
- **School Pick-ups and Drop-offs**: - The children attend an international French school just 10 minutes’ walk from the family home.
- Coordinate transportation (walking or driving if needed) to and from school and extracurricular activities.
- **Family Integration**: - Work in harmony with the full-time maternity nurse caring for the newborn.
- Coordinate with parents on schedules, travel plans, and household rules.
- **Household Tasks**: - Maintain children’s areas, including bedrooms and play spaces.
- Prepare simple, healthy meals or snacks for the children as needed.
- **Travel**: - Accompany the family on some domestic or international trips.
- Ensure children’s comfort and routines are maintained while traveling. **Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Language Skills**: - Fluency in **French, English, or Italian** (spoken and written).
- **Experience**: - Previous nanny experience with multiple children, ideally in multiple family settings.




- Proven ability to integrate smoothly into a family dynamic.
- **Driving**: - Ideally holds a valid driver’s license recognized in Italy and is comfortable driving in an urban setting.
- **Additional Essentials**: - First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong references from past families/employers.
- Ability to manage the varying needs of children at different developmental stages. **Schedule & Compensation**
