Descrizione del lavoro

TRIBE Milano Malpensa situato vicino l’aeroporto di Milano Malpensa, è alla ricerca di un segretario di ricevimento notturno, affidabile e attento ai dettagli. Qualifiche

Responsabilità

- Accogliere gli ospiti che arrivano di notte, effettuare il check-in/check-out e fornire assistenza generale.
- Rispondere alle telefonate, gestire le prenotazioni e fornire informazioni sui servizi dell'hotel.
- Monitorare la sicurezza dell'hotel durante la notte, inclusa la sorveglianza delle aree comuni e la gestione di eventuali situazioni di emergenza.
- Eseguire attività amministrative di base come la preparazione di report giornalieri e la gestione dei pagamenti.
- Collaborare con il personale di pulizia e manutenzione per garantire che eventuali problemi vengano risolti tempestivamente.

Cosa Cerchiamo

- Esperienza precedente in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente in un ambiente alberghiero.
- Forti capacità comunicative e di servizio al cliente.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e di prendere decisioni informate in situazioni ad alta pressione.
- Conoscenza di base del funzionamento di sistemi informatici e software di prenotazione con PMS Opera
- Disponibilità a lavorare in orari notturni e durante i fine settimana.
