**Finance Transformation Specialist**:
Europ Assistance is looking for a person to join the CFO department, specifically in the Finance Transformation and Capital Management Office in the Mediterranean area (Italy, Spain and Portugal) reporting directly to the relevant manager.
The figure will be responsible for managing and implementing financial transformation projects, harmonizing and automating processes to optimize operational efficiency and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
He/she will also be responsible, in collaboration with the team leader, for improving the quality of financial operations, supporting capital management and promoting a scalable and standardized cross Region approach.
**Main Responsibilities**: - Planning and Regulatory Compliance: Lead and oversee projects that implement the latest regulatory changes in accounting, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with evolving financial regulations, within the perimeter of the Mediterranean Region
- Finance Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and work with the various regional teams to design and implement solutions that optimize financial performance, reduce complexity, and improve the effectiveness of financial analysis and reporting
- Finance Transformation Mediterranean Region:



Lead Region-wide Finance Transformation processes through the implementation of Group strategic projects, ensuring alignment and standardization of financial processes across entities and markets.
- Capital Management: Lead initiatives to identify and implement capital remediation plans that have a positive impact on the company's solvency, ensuring financial stability, efficient capital allocation and compliance with regulatory requirements **Necessary requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in STEM or business/finance field
Approximately 2 years' experience in financial transformation, process improvement or capital management projects
Deep knowledge of local and international accounting and regulatory standards
Advanced skills in ERP tools and financial analysis platforms
Fluent knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of the insurance business is appreciated.
A predisposition to digital technologies and analysis, results orientation, excellent communication skills, lateral thinking skills, and the ability to work in complex, international teams complete the profile.
