**Job description**:
Join Amaris Consulting as an **IT Business Analyst - Hybrid in Milan!** **WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
- Interact with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department to facilitate effective communication. ✍️ **WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?**✍️
- At least 2-5 years of experience on complex IT projects
- Experience on Finance, Accounting projects or e-commerce
- Experience on Agile methodology
