- Developing and implementing hydraulic maintenance strategies, including standard work procedures.
- Troubleshooting hydraulic issues and leading root cause analysis investigations.
- C ollaborating with internal/ external resources.
- Monitoring system conditions, oil quality, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Train team members to enhance their skills and ensure they master essential competencies **What**We’re**Looking For**: - Engineering qualification in hydraulics with hands-on hydraulic maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of automation systems (PLC/DCS) and technical drawings.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
