**About the job**:
You will be the point of contact for **all accounting and financial matters** in our office, and collaborate with our colleagues from the Italian office, but also the Odoo headquarters (based in Belgium) and our external stakeholders (accounting firm, labour consultant, etc.). You will have the opportunity to **grow and evolve with us!**
More specifically, you will: - Follow the entire **AR** and **AP** cycles;
- Support the company cash flows and activities (bank reconciliation, incoming and outgoing payments, etc.);
- Support activities such as F24, payroll monitoring, etc.;
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly closings;
- Analyze and monitor the employee expenses and reports;
- Manage account reconciliations and support audits;
- Administrative management of partners: commissions, purchase orders. In collaboration with our Belgian headquarters:



- Communicate with the Belgian IT team to optimize and extend our internal accounting processes;
- Support the planning and control of the company budget and forecast;
- Monthly closing via Reporting Package. **MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- ** Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)**: - 1-5 years of experience in accounting & finance
- Work permit in Italy
- Self-management and organization
- Knowledge of the General Accounting Plan and taxes
- Strong analytical skills and affinity with numbers
