- creation of various types of sushi;
- maintenance of utensils and kitchen;
- knowledge of food safety; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATION** Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree. Related Work Experience: At least 1 years of related work experience. Knowledge of the English language
