Working closely with Business Development, Global Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams, you will promote Lonza's drug product development and manufacturing capabilities, identify new opportunities, and support the conversion of prospects into clinical and commercial programmes.You will develop and execute territory sales plans, build relationships with stakeholders ranging from technical experts to C-suite executives, represent Lonza at industry events, and provide valuable market insights to shape business strategy.



This role is ideal for someone with significant experience in biologics, CDMO services, or drug product development who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about delivering growth in a dynamic, global organisation.
