We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel who will report to the General Counsel as part of our team in Rome.
- Your opportunity_ This is a challenging position in a stimulating environment where you will join Legal Department in the management of legal matters, in particular commercial contracts, intellectual property related matters and corporate.
- How you will contribute_ You will provide support to the Legal Team, among others, in the following activities: - Support in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (both in English and Italian), such as but not limited to: distribution agreements, license and franchise agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, NDAs, etc.
- Intellectual property issues in relation trademarks’ portfolio
- Manage corporate matters such as drafting of meeting minutes, PoAs,



keeping up-to-date Company books, records and database
- Manage the relationship with international law consultants Who you are Qualifications, skills and professional experience: - Master’s Degree in Law
- Admitted to the Italian BAR
- At least 4/5 years of professional experience gained in first ranked international law firms
- Additional experience in international companies in luxury/fashion/jewellery industry is a plus
- English fluency (at least C1). Knowledge of French is a plus
- Strong communications and relationships skills; teamwork oriented
- Stress management, resiliency
- Proactive, motivated, with a positive attitude, flexible and able to adapt to a constant changing environment
- Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner, demonstrating problem-solving attitude
