What you’ll do: - Join the QA & Testing team, playing a key role in managing and coordinating testing activities across multiple environments;
- Define and implement test strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and business requirements;
- Lead a team of 10 testers involved in functional testing in Lottery International Area, distributing tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines;
- Lead a team of 6 offshore testers (Instanbul and Tirana) involved in functional testing in Lottery International Area, distributing tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines;
- Supervise test execution, covering both manual and automated testing, to maximize efficiency and quality;
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of testing processes;
- Promote test automation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts;
- Track and report testing KPIs, providing insights on quality, defects, and coverage;
- Drive continuous improvement, optimizing workflows and methodologies for better testing outcomes. What you’ll bring: - At least 5 years of proven experience in test coordination and quality assurance within complex software projects;
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related technical field;
- Previous experience leading testing teams, managing test plans, and ensuring quality standards;
- Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, including test automation frameworks;
- Ability to coordinate and manage testing activities across multiple environments, ensuring alignment with project timelines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks;
- Fluency in English is required for this position, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
