We are looking for a talented Scheduler to work on projects in our Energy and Natural Resources sector in Aix-en In the role of Scheduler, you will coordinate the development and implementation of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) in conjunction with the Project Lead, Project Cost Engineer and Contractor Project Controls Leads, and in conjunction with the Project Execution Plans. You will support the Project Team in the implementation of an integrated enterprise based, cross functional and EPC master schedule program, and analyze deviations from the baseline in the master schedule and highlight bottlenecks/delays and propose corrective actions. Other activities include: - Ensure that schedule related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors of actual projects is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems;
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the schedules produced, maintaining independence as a planning engineer when advising on issues requiring judgment;
- Ability to balance multiple projects executed in multiple locations and by multiple contractors;
- Track and monitor portfolio schedule;
- Prepare the integrated planning/scheduling contribution to the Monthly Project Report and specific reports/presentations;
- Analyze and highlight the overall schedule impact of any variance/change order;
- Prepare resourcing plans for the overall and individual project phases, identifying any excessive peak numbers and making recommendations for peak leveling. **Qualifications**




- Minimum of 5 years planning/scheduling experience;
- Strong understanding in planning/scheduling policies, methods, and procedures that include advanced planning and scheduling techniques, risk analysis and risk management;
- Advanced level of experience using project scheduling tools, such as MS Project and Primavera P6;
- Ability to coordinate/organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports is required;
- Knowledge and experience of all the main design or project management concepts, tools and techniques;
- Experience of working with Contractors in a project management, or scheduler/planner capacity;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions;
- Good knowledge and experience gained within Nuclear Energy sector;
- EU passport holders are preferred. **Additional Information**
