- If you’re looking for change, and you’re ready to _make_ changeswe’re looking for you_. **In this**_OMS Advisor (Continuous Improvement Specialist) _**role you will**: - Directly leading and managing Continuous Improvement analysis and activities according to agreed schedule;
- Providing projects and activities status report including performance & vantaggi tracking;
- Providing Country and Site Management with the knowledge to understand the Continuous Improvement methodology, objectives and related tools (Lean, DMAIC, Performance Dialogues, GEMBA walks, Standardized work, etc.);




- Working with Operations/Business Directors to replicate Continuous Improvement approach across the Country;
- Coaching Site Leadership Teams to develop Continuous Improvement capability, accountability and culture on site/campus;
- Supporting productivity tool delivered by colleagues;
- Manage and support process improvement projects;
- Implement and monitor KPIs.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
- At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;
- Fluent in English;
- Previous Experience and proven track record in Continuous Improvement
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI.
