The Bubble Bus is a creative, child-centred programme based in Monaco, designed especially for curious, active little ones aged 3 to 5. We’re inspired by alternative approaches like Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, and Forest School. Our mission is simple: to offer meaningful, play-based experiences that help children grow with confidence, imagination, and joy. The Role
We are looking for a caring, grounded, and enthusiastic educator to join our team. This role focuses on supporting the unique needs and rhythms of children aged 3 to 5. You’ll help co-create a nurturing daily environment, full of storytelling, movement, exploration, and connection—both indoors and out. You’ll be working closely with a small team to design creative sessions, support children’s emotional well-being, and maintain a smooth, gentle structure throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Supporting Children Aged 3-5:
Co-plan and lead playful, developmentally appropriate sessions tailored to early childhood needs.
Foster independence, creativity, and curiosity through hands-on exploration.
Observe, listen, and respond to children’s interests and emotional cues.
Support early language and social development through stories, songs, and everyday moments.




Daily Rhythm & Teamwork:
Maintain a warm, predictable daily rhythm that helps children feel safe and engaged.
Set up and care for indoor and outdoor spaces that invite exploration and calm.
Communicate regularly with teammates and contribute to planning and reflection.
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene practices are followed with care.
Family Connection:
Greet children and families warmly each day, creating a trusting atmosphere.
Provide gentle, thoughtful updates to parents about their child’s day.
Take part in seasonal events and shared moments with our wider community.
What You Bring A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
Experience working with 3-5 year olds in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
Familiarity with child-led or alternative approaches is a strong plus (Montessori, Reggio, Waldorf, etc.).
A calm, confident presence and a warm, empathetic manner.
Fluent in English; French or Italian is a bonus.
Living in or near Monaco, or willing to commute.
Authorised to work in Europe
