**Languages**: Proficient English **required**; Italian proficiency **preferred** We are a dynamic **English language school** preparing for the 2025-2026 academic year, and we're looking for a **dedicated recruiter** to help us **find qualified English teachers and babysitters**. This is an **8-week, tempo parziale** remote position — perfect for someone with a background in HR, recruiting, or education who enjoys connecting with talent and coordinating hiring processes. **What You’ll Do**
- Post job openings on relevant platforms (Indeed, local networks, expat/job boards)
- Coordinate interview scheduling with our internal team
- Communicate with applicants and provide a smooth hiring experience




- Keep records organized and up to date **What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication skills in **English** (C1-C2 level)
- **Italian language** skills are a big plus
- Previous experience in **recruitment, HR, or hiring coordination**: - Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing time well Contract & Compensation
