**Main Responsibilities**:
You will ensure that procedures are in place, to enable development in adherence to architectural principles, coding standards and best practices.
You will maintain comprehensive documentation of ALM processes, architectures and related rationale.




You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional teams and project managers, to ensure alignment and seamless integration of ALM processes.
You will work within a motivated, international team and will collaborate with other IT Teams providing guidelines and support for ALM topics. **Who we are looking for**:
You are a graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or professional qualification in area of IT.
You are proficient in ALM practices, tools and platforms and have knowledge of key IT and Project Management Frameworks (ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2).
You have strong analytical skills, structured approach and problem solving oriented.
You have excellent verbal, writing and non-verbal skills and are able to manage parallel requests and projects.
You are able to organize, keep her/his own topics under control and meet deadlines, plan and measure results, create and analyze data.
You have MS Office Suite knowledge and are fluent in written and spoken English. **How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero**:
