**Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination Management**
- Assist in organizing the process plan for product launch.
- Track project progress, organize regular product alignment meetings, ensure collaboration across the 4Ps, document meeting minutes and track follow-up items.
- Assist in preparing launch-related documentation. **Data Analysis**
- Assist in organizing internal GTM meetings, prepare meeting documents, document meeting minutes and track follow-up tasks.
- Assist in organizing daily data and key metrics. **Financial and Delivery Backend Coordination**
- Assist in preparing operational data, ensuring its accuracy, and coordinating the alignment of product delivery data with the supply chain department to ensure the timely order fulfillment. **Job Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management (PMO), or operational roles.
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration,



with the ability to independently facilitate complex projects. Familiarity with the GTM process for consumer electronics launches is preferred.
- Language requirements: Fluent in English and Italian. Core Competencies: - Project Management: Proficient in using project management tools, including Gantt charts, etc.
- Communication and Coordination: Excellent cross-team communication skills with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders to reach consensus.
- Data Analysis: Strong data processing skills, capable of identifying issues through data and providing solutions.
