**Medov Logistics**is a high experienced Logistics provider with a group of professionals based in our offices in Genoa, Hamburg, Singapore and Miami providing Global Logistics Operations & Logistics Project Management to the maritime and cruise industry. **Position Summary**:
We are looking for someone passioned about logistics and maritime/cruise industry, project management and motivated in developing/continue his/her career in an international environment as **Freight Forwarding - Shipyard Logistics Project Management Team**. The person joining us will be part of the team planning, coordinating and driving logistics activities for newbuilds, vessels in dry dock, deliveries on board and special projects, ensuring that all the freight forwarding operations are accomplished according to the project scope, timelines and budget. The Freight Forwarding - Shipyard Logistics Project Management Team serves as the logistics liaison for assigned vessels/projects, working with shipowners, suppliers, vendors, buyers, Superintendents and shipboard personnel, identifying cost saving opportunities/efficiencies in delivery and new revenue streams.



**Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to**: - Main point of contact for in house offices, clients, forwarders, vendors, Customs brokers, Superintendents, shipboard personnel, etc.
- Attendance of dry docks, newbuilds and logistics projects on site
- Coordination of freight forwarding operations
- Coordination of warehouse operations/consolidation of goods
- Coordination of Customs formalities
- PO Management
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Issuance of daily reports during the projects
- Attendance of daily meetings during dry docks, newbuilds and logistics projects
- Support freight forwarding operations from in house offices during low dry dock season **Skills & Requirements**: - Availability to travel (up to 50% of the time)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good organizational skills
- Good teamwork skills
