Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy. **Role** Provides supervision, direction and leadership to all Reservation & PBX personnel under the guidance of the Reservation & PBX Assistant Manager in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standard established by the hotel. **Responsibilities**
- Maintains and enforces all quality and service standards and procedures for Reservation & PBX.
- Fully understand the hotel goals and execute all necessary actions to achieve them.
- Cascade the financial and non-financial objectives for each member of the team and work with them to ensure these objectives are met.




- Ensure that all members of the team have the appropriate face-to-face selling skills to successfully do their job.
- Manage performance of team members, identify gaps in skills necessary to perform their duties and recommend programs to meet the skills requirements of the team. **Requirements**: - Verbal and written proficiency in Italian and English.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years as Reservation Agent in an international luxury hotel.
