Prepare in collaboration with supply planner shipping plans to meet customer demands, considering appropriate modes of transport to maintain a cost-effective balance between customer service and shipment costs, within corporate guidelines.
- Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed, and released to carriers and customers in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues related to cargo transportation, addressing disputes, commercial discrepancies, and damaged product claims involving quality department.
- Communicate effectively and timely with planning colleagues regarding delivery issues for import and export.
- Manage the flow of orders, coordinating delivery pickup and/or drop-off schedules. Monitor and communicate expected delivery date, managing and communicating any delay.
- Track and trace cargo, monitoring shipments to ensure they reach their final destination on time
- Organize the shipping and receiving of products/samples with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and time management.
- Manage shipping orders in the ERP system, prepare shipment documentation, and issue relevant invoices.




- Perform other related activities to achieve department and site objectives.
- Initiate and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare and update related SOP’s ensuring constant adherence with all applicable regulations.
- Collaborate to the budget project proposing expenses related to logistic operations.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of import and export transactions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with domestic and foreign regulations.
- Prepare/review and process import and export documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Process inbound and outbound documentation for import and export activities ensuring effective and complete filing.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
- Verify and process duties, taxes, and charges, ensuring accurate financial transactions related to shipments.
