**About the Role**:
Sharp Brains Ltd (UK), a global ISO-certified IT services provider, is hiring an experienced On-Site IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) for a backfill support role in Rome, Italy. This is an **on-call** **support**position where you will be required to provide on-site IT assistance when the primary engineer is on leave or unavailable. You will be compensated for each day you provide support. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide Level 1/2 desktop and deskside support for end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix services
- Manage device lifecycle, including patch updates and hardware replacements
- Use tools like **SCCM**, **Intune**, and **ServiceNow** for remote support and ticketing
- Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, printers, scanners, and secure printing




- Maintain compliance with security and antivirus policies
- Provide VIP support and act as on-site POC when needed
- Track inventory, update service notes, and follow ITIL best practices **Why Join Us?**
