To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a **B2B Client Marketing Specialist** to join our B2B Team: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry. The resource will report directly to the Client Success Lead and will also have a functional reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager. **AS A B2B CLIENT MARKETING SPECIALIST YOU WILL**:
**Communication Campaigns & Engagement**: - Collaborate with the Client Success team to design, implement, and monitor events and communication campaigns tailored to corporate employees.
- Organize and coordinate activities within client organizations to raise awareness about Unobravo's services,



ensuring employees are informed about available mental health resources.
- Adapt and distribute launch materials, ensuring effective communication and brand consistency across HR channels.
- Coordinate the external agency to ensure effectiveness of campaigns and content produced. **Event Planning and Execution**: - Lead the organization and logistics of on-site events within client companies, aimed at raising awareness about mental health and Unobravo's services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth event coordination from planning to post-event follow-ups. **Budget Management & Strategy**: - Manage the marketing and engagement budget, ensuring efficient reporting.
- Continuously develop creative and innovative strategies for local and regional wellbeing plans and client initiatives. ️**YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE**: - At least 1 year of experience in the role.
- Willingness to travel and go on business trips within Italy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in event planning, project management, and marketing campaigns; familiarity with employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
- Experience in creating basic content with graphic tools (such as Canva).
- Passionate about mental health and well-being, with a strong desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
- Data-driven and results-oriented,
