We are seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join our team in Milan, Italy. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid remote work, with occasional travel as needed. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, ideally from a top-tier law firm and/or an in-house legal department. **Key responsabilities**: - Manage and maintain corporate documentation and the legal department’s document database, including corporate secretarial activities.
- Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of legal agreements, such as customer, supply, advertising, licenses contracts, and other types of legal documents.
- Assist in M&A; and other transactions.
- Support in privacy, IP and digital law matters (e.g. implementation of NIS2, compliance with local and EU regulations in this topics).
- Support in the management of both ordinary and extraordinary issues related to regulated entities pertaining to the group.
- Coordinate responses to legal complaints and inquiries for group companies, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors. **Qualifications & Experience**: - University degree in Law from an Italian or European university.




- Experience working in a legal environment, with a background in corporate/commercial law preferably at a top-tier law firm and/or inhouse experience.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of digital services markets.
- Privacy and digital law knowledge is highly valued.
- Registration as a lawyer with the relevant Bar Association is a premio.
